Taking part in the United States - "Presidents Challenge." "The President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports" has a free motivational AWARDS program designed to help all Americans age six and above, including people with disabilities make and keep a commitment to regular physical activity.

As a Combat Hapkido Martial Artist, we already train regularly and have a certain level of Physical Activity which can go towards the "Presidents Challenge" AWARD program. Utilize this program by taking your Combat Hapkido Conditioning to the next level. Improving you physical conditioning will prepare you for the day when you may have to use your Combat Hapkido Self-Defense skills to ensure you, or your family's safety.
